Sometimes we need more than a new idea; we need an experience that allows us to see differently. Encountering an unfamiliar place, practice, community, or way of working can disrupt assumptions, expand our sense of what is possible, and give tangible form to things we have only begun to imagine. And sometimes an emerging idea becomes clearer only when we give ourselves permission to try something, learn from it, and see what happens.

Via creates and curates discovery and development experiences for leaders and teams who are exploring new possibilities. These might include immersion experiences, site visits, facilitated explorations, experiments, or other opportunities to learn by encountering and doing. Drawing on relationships, places, practices, and ideas from across our network of relationships, we help people move beyond abstraction—to observe what others are learning, test assumptions, experiment with emerging possibilities, and return to their own contexts with greater imagination and clarity about what might be worth pursuing.
